Fruit Shape Requirements
The fruit exhibits typical characteristics of the premium variety, featuring a regular, uniform, and beautifully proportioned shape that stands out on any display.
Fruit Surface Characteristics
The fruit surface is exceptionally smooth and clean. The rind holds tightly to the fruit and is free from wilting. Minor natural variations are extremely strictly controlled to preserve the ’excellent’ premium grade status.
- Blemish Control: Only absolute minimal, near-invisible natural marks are allowed.
- Spot Limits: The diameter of any natural spots is rigorously controlled strictly under
1.0mm. - Zero Wilting: Absolutely no wilting or dehydration is permitted; fruits are wax-sealed and climate-controlled upon harvest.
Color Requirements
This variety guarantees a consistent and uniform natural bright yellow color. It is fully matured on the tree to ensure peak zest oils and perfect aesthetic appeal.
